Return & Refund Policy
At kulespin, we want you to love your sweater and winter wear as much as we do. To ensure a smooth shopping experience for every customer, we’ve outlined our clear return and refund policy below, balancing your rights with our commitment to quality.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition—with all kulespin tags, labels, and packaging intact (e.g., dust bags for knitwear).

No stains, odors, or signs of damage caused by improper use.

Customized items (e.g., personalized monogrammed sweaters) are non-returnable unless defective.

Underwear and socks are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or with manufacturing flaws.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate a Request: Send an email to kulespin@hotmail.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]”. Include your full name, contact information, and a brief reason for the return (e.g., size issue, style mismatch).

Get Confirmation: We’ll reply within 24-48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our designated return address. Please do not ship items without an RA number, as they may be rejected.

Package & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) with the RA number clearly marked on the package. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product (we’ll cover shipping in such cases).

Process Your Request: Once we receive and inspect the item(s) (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly: Refunds: Credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (processing time varies by bank).

Exchanges: Shipped out within 2 business days if the requested size/color is in stock; we’ll notify you if it’s out of stock and offer alternative solutions.
3. Additional Notes
For defective items (e.g., loose stitching, fabric flaws), please attach photos of the issue in your initial request—this helps us resolve it faster. Sale items are eligible for return/exchange under the same terms, but final sale items (marked “Final Sale”) cannot be returned.
