At kulespin, we strive to get your cozy sweaters and winter essentials to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below is a detailed breakdown of our shipping process, so you can stay informed every step of the way.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing time may extend to 3-5 business days due to high order volume—we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international countries. Delivery times vary by destination:
- United States Mainland: 7-14business days via USPS or UPS
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 7-14 business days via USPS Priority Mail
- International: 10-20 business days (varies by country; customs clearance may cause delays)
Please note that delivery times are estimated and do not include order processing time or potential delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Here are our standard rates for reference:
- United States Mainland: Free shipping on orders over $75; $5.99 flat rate for orders under $75
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Free shipping on orders over $100; $9.99 flat rate for orders under $100
- International: Shipping fees start at $19.99; exact cost will be displayed at checkout based on your location
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your kulespin account (if created) and navigating to "My Orders."
5. Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
- International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at kulespin@hotmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.
